We collect information that merchants, creators, and Shopify provide when Lnkfy is installed or used. This can include merchant store details, store owner contact information, app settings, creator profiles, collaboration records, contract details, product selections, shipping details, payout records, submitted content links or files, and support messages.

To operate tracking and collaboration workflows, Lnkfy may process Shopify product, discount, order, refund, customer, and web pixel event data. Customer data is used only where needed for referral attribution, order matching, fraud prevention, reporting, and compliance.

We use information to provide the Lnkfy creator collaboration service, authenticate users, prepare contracts, connect products and promo codes to collaborations, attribute referred orders, generate reporting, support payouts, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use merchant customer data for independent advertising profiles.

We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect the service, or follow a merchant's instructions. Service providers may include Shopify, cloud hosting providers, file storage providers, email delivery or mailbox providers, analytics and logging providers, and payout providers selected by the merchant.

Creators and merchants may see collaboration information that is relevant to the collaboration they are participating in, including contract terms, selected products, submitted content, promo codes, shipping status, and payout status.

Lnkfy uses cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, referral links, attribution, and analytics. Our Shopify web pixel and related tracking tools help merchants understand whether creator links, discount codes, and storefront sessions led to orders.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. When a merchant uninstalls Lnkfy, we process Shopify privacy webhooks and deletion requests according to Shopify requirements and applicable law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep access limited to people and systems that need it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Merchants can also uninstall the app from Shopify. To make a privacy request, contact us at the email below.

Lnkfy may process information in countries other than where you live or operate your store. When we transfer information internationally, we use reasonable safeguards required by applicable law.

Lnkfy is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify merchants or make the updated policy available in the app or on this page.
